Definitions
"Us" and "We" used in this document or anywhere on this site referrs to this company, Creative Garment Design.
"Artwork" is defined as any image sent in any format by any means to us.
Artwork sent from the customer to Creative Garment Design
When an individual sends us artwork, they are considered to be a "customer".
We are not obligated to return artwork to the customer unless specific arrangments have been
made prior to the receipt of the artwork by Creative Garment Design. Regardless of any arrangements, however,
we are not responsible for lost or damaged artwork. The customer is encouraged to send us a copy of the artwork
rather than the originial.
We reserve the right to question the use of artwork that is copyrighted or appears to be copyrighted. We reserve
the right to refuse service to a customer who is unable to provide valid documentation that certifies their right
to request reproduction of copyrighted material. If seemingly-valid documentation is provided to us that later proves to be
false, we cannot be held responsible for our use of that artwork. We will, in such circumstances, disclose any
information we have on the customer in question to the authorities.
